What Causes Insomnia?
Many people wonder what causes insomnia and why they get it so badly or so often when their siblings or spouse may never experience the same sleep disorder. Although
there is no actual known cause of insomnia in adults, some researchers say that insomnia could be caused by a traumatic event related to their bedtime or sleep.
This is often linked with an amplified psychosocial or physical arousal during the night.
